I know Jaz personally and know that she definitely practices what she preaches. I love what this PDF talks about, about building mental toughness and self respect.

Muay Thai is not just about the external achievements, it is equally about the inner journey.

An extremely inspiring and motivational read

Overall I found the book to be extremely inspiring. I have been injured for over 14 months and unable to do any form of exercise which as you can imagine put me in a downward spiral both physically and mentally. The book has 100% put my mindset in a place where I have begun my path to former glory (so to speak) right now it is baby steps, but for me, it is such an achievement (more psychological than physical). The book is not too long and the layout is great, bright, with very cool photos, icons and motivating quotes. Love the workout and nutrition tips, plus the rules on page 54 (spot on). Well worth the money spent. Thank you Jaz and good luck
